I just received some older pics from my dad of a trip that him, Cindy and Andie took to the Rose Garden at Mill Creek Park. The pics were taken sometime last spring. Even though they are old pics...I just had to post them.

Halloween!

Special Announcement!!

We just found out so I'm just over 5 weeks along which means I'll be due on or around June 20th! Andrea will be 2 yrs and 3 mo old then. I go for my 1st ultrasound on Nov. 14th to confirm the pregnancy and to make sure there is only one baby in there :) I know it's early to announce but Dan and I are just soooo excited!

1st trip to the pumpkin patch!

This was our 1st trip to a pumpkin patch. Andrea absolutely Loved it!! She thought she had to touch Every single pumpkin...it was soo cute! We got three pumpkins to carve...so more pics on that later.

Craig & Shantelle's Wedding

18 Months!!

Guess who had her 18 month check-up on October 4th? (she will be 19mo on oct.10th) She weighed 23lbs and 12oz.(45%) She was 33" long which the Dr. said is in the 85th percentile. Andrea has always been short for her age so we are going to have to investigate that. She is definitely above target for what she should know at this stage. The nurse asked if she knew 8-10 words....come on....my daughter?! All she does is talk :) She knows over 50 words at least. Yesterday she even said a 3 word sentence.....I braked it. Not the first sentence you want to hear but... The nurse also asked if she could call 2 things by name. Yeah I wish. She can point to just about anything...name it...and ASK FOR IT! :) The only question I couldn't answer was, Can she stack 2-3 blocks? Honestly, we had never tried. So we came home and of course she can. So for a 1 and 1/2 year old we are doing great!! The only bad part of the appt. was the 2 shots that she needed to get. She screamed so loud but after about 2 min. she was good! Now we just need to get her to walk down the aisle for Craig and Shantelle's wedding this weekend. Many pictures next week of the wedding!

Shantelle's Shower!!

These are pics of Shantelle's Bridal Shower! Thanks to everyone that helped to make it such a successful shower! For those of you that don't know, Shantelle is marrying my step-brother Craig! Even though she has been a part of the family for many years now they are going to make it official October 13th!! We had a great time planning and enjoying the shower. Now....we're getting ready for the wedding! The two babies in alot of the pics are Kylie (my cousin Matt and his wife Shawna's daughter) and Aidan (my cousin Marissa and her husband Ben's son) It's so fun to get the three of them together! Thanks for the Great pics girls!!

Wisconsin Dells!!

Thank you to everyone that made our trip to Chicago and Wisconsin Dells so much fun! For those of you don't know about our vacation, Andie and I flew into Chicago and then we went up to Wisconsin Dells ("the Water Park Capital"). We (my mom, the Close's and the Slack's) rented a cabin for a long weekend at the Wilderness. It is a huge hotel with numerous indoor and outdoor waterparks. Andrea loved the water. It was a Blast!!! Hopefully we're going to make this a yearly tradition. After the Wilderness Andie and I went back to my mom's house and stayed for a few days. It was a great week!! Thank you Everyone!!!

1st trip to Akron Zoo!

We went swimming at Aunt Lisa's mom's house! It was so much fun! Do you like my goggles? HAHA! A couple pics are from Libbie's 1st bday. We can't believe she is already 1. She loved her cake, can't you tell? The other pics are from the Akron Zoo! Mommy and uncle Nick took me to the zoo. Unfortunately daddy had to work so he couldn't come along. I loved seeing the animals! You should see how big the kitties were!
